The house has large rooms, high ceilings with handpainted beams and is very attractively furnished and decorated. All the rooms have wonderful views.

Top floor :

• Double bedroom takes up the top floor, with ensuite washroom (basin & W.C.) and air conditioning.

Second floor :

• Bedroom with 3 single beds and air conditioning (or one double plus one single).
• Bathroom with bath.
• Living room.
• Terrace with a panoramic view over the entire valley of Camaiore and hills to the sea.

Ground floor :

• Dining room with fully equipped kitchen.
• Covered Terrace with a barbecue.
• Dishwasher, Washing machine.
• Bathroom (shower).

POOL :

The swimming pool is private & exclusive to the guests staying in Peralta. It is set on a terrace above the hamlet and is shared with the other guests that could be staying at Peralta (7 other accommodations).

SLEEPS :

5 people maximum, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Depending on availability, it is possible to rent an additional ensuite bedroom. You can accommodate up to 7 people. Please, enquire.
