The house
A very romantic and private house. Fiore restored this house for the use of herself and her guests. Her sculpture is everywhere and there are shelves full of wonderful books and interesting objects. It is a free-standing house, completely independent and private with own entrance and a large terrace which has the same stunning view as the house.

Upstairs
- Romantic double bedroom, furnished with antiques and large French windows showing off the view.

- Stunning open area with large windows showing off the spectacular view.

- Large, modern and fully equipped kitchen area that forms part of the open plan.
- The fireplace is a feature, as is the ancient wheel from an olive press that is used as a table.
- The floor is made from old original terracotta roof tiles.
- Dining table, huge sofa, and comfortable chairs by the fireplace. It is a great space for entertaining but equally lovely for just two people.

The pool
The swimming pool is set on a terrace above the hamlet and is shared with the other guests staying at Peralta.

Rental rate and payment
A deposit of 30% of the rental fee is payable to secure the booking, with the remaining 70% balance due no later than 45 days before arrival.

The private terrace offers a view you’d be hard-pressed to find anywhere else. The pool was just as amazing as it was last year — we were completely alone there twice.
A fantastic house that follows in the footsteps of Fiore de Henriquez. Her favourite sculptures can be admired everywhere.
Simply wonderful (again) — this year we stayed at Casa Nuova with our baby, last year at the also wonderful La Foresteria.

Above Camaiore, between the hills and the sea
Peralta is located in the hills above Camaiore, close to Lucca, Viareggio, Pietrasanta. Camaiore is ten minutes by car, the autostrada 25 minutes.
