The house
A large chestnut wood door opens on to a courtyard where sculpture and plants share the space, covered with wisteria, that leads you into 2 connecting & intriguing houses of an artist. This is the former home and studio of a sculptor, where she lived for over 35 years and which is still full of her work. The accommodation has an individual and private entrance by a private courtyard where the 2 connecting houses are accessible.

Floor by floor
Ground floor
- Three comfortable living rooms.
- 2 Kitchens fully equipped with 4 burner gas hob and electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, with cooking utensils.
- 2 Washroom with WC and hand basin and a shower.
- 1 cosy bedroom with 2 single beds or one double bed, leading to one of the terraces.
First floor
- 2 master bedrooms with king size beds.
- 2 spacious bathrooms with both bath & shower, washing machine for clothes.
Terraces
- 3 terraces facing south and has reclining chairs for relaxing. The outside tables are under beautiful trees to enjoy your meals cooked on a barbecue.

The swimming pool is set on a terrace above the hamlet and is shared with the other guests staying at Peralta.

Rental rate and payment
A deposit of 30% of the rental fee is payable to secure the booking, with the remaining 70% balance due no later than 45 days before arrival.

The private terrace offers a view you’d be hard-pressed to find anywhere else. The pool was just as amazing as it was last year — we were completely alone there twice.
A fantastic house that follows in the footsteps of Fiore de Henriquez. Her favourite sculptures can be admired everywhere.
Simply wonderful (again) — this year we stayed at Casa Nuova with our baby, last year at the also wonderful La Foresteria.
It is like heaven on earth… you almost don't want anyone else to find out about Peralta, because it is so magical.

Above Camaiore, between the hills and the sea
Peralta is located in the hills above Camaiore, close to Lucca, Viareggio, Pietrasanta. Camaiore is ten minutes by car, the autostrada 25 minutes.
