Ground floor
- Two comfortable living rooms.
- Kitchen with 4 burner gas hob and electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, well equipped with cooking utensils.
- Washroom with WC and hand basin and a shower.
First floor
- A master bedroom with king size bed.
- A spacious bathroom with both bath & shower, washing machine for clothes.
Terrace
- The terrace faces south and has reclining chairs for relaxing. The outside table is under beautiful trees to enjoy your meals cooked on a barbecue.

The swimming pool is set on a terrace above the hamlet and is shared with the other guests staying at Peralta.

Rental rate and payment
A deposit of 30% of the rental fee is payable to secure the booking, with the remaining 70% balance due no later than 45 days before arrival.

Peralta is located in the hills above Camaiore, close to Lucca, Viareggio, Pietrasanta. Camaiore is ten minutes by car, the autostrada 25 minutes.
