Floor by floor
Ground floor
- Two comfortable living rooms.
- Kitchen with 4 burner gas hob and electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, well equipped with cooking utensils.
- Washroom with WC and hand basin.
- Washing machine.
First floor
- Two bedrooms with double beds each with its own bathroom (shower).
Second floor
- Two bedrooms that can be made either twin or double and they share a bathroom with shower.
Terrace
- The terrace faces south and has six reclining chairs for relaxing. The outside table is under a beautiful pergola to enjoy your meals cooked on a barbecue.

The swimming pool is set on a terrace above the hamlet and is shared with the other guests staying at Peralta.

Individual bookings are open from April 30th to November 3rd. For groups, please contact us by email.
Rental rate and payment
A deposit of 30% of the rental fee is payable to secure the booking, with the remaining 70% balance due no later than 45 days before arrival.

Peralta is located in the hills above Camaiore, close to Lucca, Viareggio, Pietrasanta. Camaiore is ten minutes by car, the autostrada 25 minutes.
