Private: The house is situated in front of and below the hamlet of Peralta – you can forget there is anyone else around and be in your world, or mingle with other guests of Peralta – the choice is yours.

The swimming pool is set on a terrace above the hamlet and is shared with the other guests staying at Peralta.

• For any cancellation at least 61 days before the start of the stay, the company will hold the 30% payment done while booking as a compensation. No possibility of a date modification.

• For any cancellation at least 31 days before the start of the stay, the company will hold 60% of the total reservation amount as a compensation. No possibility of a date modification.

• For any cancellation 30 days or less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the company will hold the whole payment as a compensation. A date modification from the establishment can be offered in lower season.

• The Company may also be entitled to cancel the Client’s stay if house rules are repeatedly broken during the rental period with no right for the Client to ask any refund.
